Our Core Services
Vocation
We provide hands-on training, individualized support, and paid internship opportunities through our PIPs (Paid Internship Program) to help adults with developmental disabilities build the skills needed for employment success. Participants explore career interests, develop workplace communication and job readiness skills, practice interviewing, and gain real-world work experience that supports long-term employment and greater independence.
Education
We support adults with developmental disabilities in developing academic, social, and life skills that promote personal growth and long-term success. Through structured instruction, goal setting, and community-based learning opportunities, participants are encouraged to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and continued learning in ways that support their individual goals.
Independence
We help adults with developmental disabilities build the everyday skills needed to live more independently and confidently in their communities. Through guidance in areas such as transportation, self-advocacy, money management, social development, and daily living routines, participants gain practical experience that supports greater autonomy, confidence, and personal choice.
